The Connaughty Centre has helped young people in the town since opening as the Corby Youth Centre in 1969.

The centre is used by hundreds of young people and is also the base for more than 20 local organisations.

i used to run this centre!!!! Cant believe it. I remember the juggling and music workshops well. is it still open?

This is a fantastic centre - giving a real focus for youth activity. My youth music group flourished there for two years. Long may it remain - it is a backbone of Corby. Let's do our youth justice and invest a £1million pounds in a much needed facelift for this 60's building! Paul Balmer Oakley Rangers leader

These photos are wonderful, it was a wonderful summer. never played as much badminton in my life. Gary was a trainee youth worker and went on to be a qualified youth worker. Wonder where he is now? Memory lane wonderful.
